With 20 years of experience across commercial, residential, industrial, and nuclear projects, Justin leads NCC with a hands-on understanding of what it takes to deliver quality work under demanding conditions. His specialty in commercial and industrial coatings, backed by a NACE Level 2 credential, gives him a sharp eye for detail that sets NCC apart. He built the company on the belief that the right team and the right process can take on any project, in any state.

VP OF OPERATIONS

With more than 40 years of experience across commercial, residential, industrial, and nuclear sectors, Margaret Keeps NCC’s projects running on schedule and within scope. Her specialty is managing large crews and complex projects, driving productivity and efficiency while maintaining strict compliance standards on every job site. She holds OSHA 30 and CPR certifications and is the steady hand behind NCC’s operational excellence.

COO & DIRECTOR OF SAFETY

David bring 45+ years of field experience spanning commercial, residential, industrial, and nuclear construction - from ground-up builds and renovations to electrical, structural, concrete, steel, and coatings work. As Director of Safety, he holds OSHA 500, OSHA 501, OSHA 30, and CPR certifications, ensuring every NCC jobsite meets the highest safety standards in the industry. His breadth of hands-on trade knowledge is unmatched.

DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT

Caitlin brings sharp organizational and leadership skills to NCC’s day-to-day operations, working closely with the Director of Finance to keep the company in good standing and running smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and ability to manage the many moving pieces of a multi-state contracting business make her an essential part of NCC’s foundation.
